If the grinch ran an urgent care this would be it! Their website says open till midnight. We came about 5:15 and the woman at front desk said sorry were closing at 6 and can't take new people. I said we're flying tomorrow TO SEE HIS GRANDPARENTS FOR XMAS and think he has ear infection can you please just squeeze us in and she just shrugged her shoulders and said nothing I can do. I said we've tried everywhere else and you're only ones who are open do you know anyplace else we can go and she just shrugged her shoulders again and said can't help you. I asked if she could please at least ask one of the Dr's or nurses if they would be OK with doing it and she said no. Can't even fathom the level of indifference to a sick child on Xmas eve. Would obviously never come here again and would urge everyone else to avoid as well.

Waited an hour to see a doctor although I had an appointment that I had made the day before. Judging by the comings and goings in the hallway, several people who came after us were seen before us. It was clear what my child’s issue was, she felt pretty lousy, and we could have been in and out but instead we were forced to wait.

This was our first time coming to PM Pediatrics. I wish I would have know about it sooner. The physician was very knowledgeable. She is a pediatric ER physician. After her thorough exam, she gave us the time we needed to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations.

When you call their number, it's an automated service. You can't get to the staff at the actual doctors office. Their call recording states that they take walk-ins. But it doesn't tell you that you should go online to make an appointment (which is recommended). We waited over two hours for a simple 5 minute test.

wait time is too long

The process to get an appointment was great and I was in the room right away but we sat and waited for almost an hour to get an x ray. Didn’t seem crowded and no one was also in waiting room. No one stopped by to tell us when to expect someone. Took way too long to get started.

We booked in advance online, then drove 30 minutes to the facility. When we arrived, I tapped the I’m here button and received notification to come inside. The front desk person said they were running over an hour behind. Why can’t your system send a simple text to let families know? It is hard to kill time for 60-90 minutes at night with children, especially when going home and coming back is not practical. When we returned an hour later, we again were notified by the online system that we should come inside, only to wait some more.

The wait was horrible. We made an appointment and we didn’t get seen for over 1.5 hours. My poor son was so hungry and upset by time the appointment was over. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The front desk woman said that the appointment options aren’t realistic with the doctors schedule. Well, that sounds like a problem that needs to be addressed by management. There were a lot of frustrated parents there today.
