By far best place to go for covid testing!

I had scheduled a covid test for myself and my family via the SOLV website and app. My appointment was today 12/23 to which I promptly arrived. I headed inside to get my family registered. During the registration I was told there would be a copay for my visit of 75 dollars per person. I explained to the staff that I had insurance and that all my covid testing was covered. At this time a rude staff member intervened to stress that it was office policy to be seen by the doctor. I explained that a doctors visit was not necessary and I only wanted to be tested and that no other facility I called required a doctors visit. She was rude and insisted that if I didn’t like this I could leave. I asked why this policy is not stated anywhere. I was told that it is on their website. However, my appointments were made through SOLV and there is no mention of this policy. When I questioned further, I was told to leave immediately. This staff member started to press a button as though I was violent and unruly, and she was alerting police!! I can assure you that although I was talking forcefully, and authoritatively, I was completely calm. This staff member was completely unprofessional in attempting to get me to leave. Not a foul word came out of my mouth, and to be treated as though I was a threat and violent was absolutely deplorable. In the end, the staff member registering me told me that they do not collect the copay now as some insurances will cover the copay. This is exactly what I tried to make Christine understand. Instead of telling me I may be charged, she persisted to tell me I would be charged. In these crazy times, a little empathy and compassion should be expected. Folks are stressed enough. I will never return to this clinic. And they have Christine to thank for that.

Nobody who works here wants to be here. They are miserable. Maybe it’s because the older gentleman physician is miserable. Condescending to parents and callous to the child. Wonder why he just doesn’t retire already? Very bad experience. Other parents have said the same. Use only in an emergency situation, though right now office is crawling with COVID Testing so I wouldn’t even put your child near the building. They tell people to wait outside, but they’re all gathering in the vestibule. If you don’t have Covid before you get there, you have Covid before you leave.

The front desk women were lovely...The Dr and the second tech/ nurse that I saw were great.... the younger tech that walked me to my room OBVIOUSLY doesn’t want to be there!! Rude and surly ....mumbles, can’t understand what she says... BUT the biggest problem is I never got the email so I could establish a patient portal... so I can’t get my results which I needed tonight so I could take medication ... I’m really upset because I’m in pain and needed clearance prior to taking the medication prescribed to me.
