My kids had a fever for days with no indication site of an infection. Called to find out the hours and explained he had a 4 days already and we can't seem to bring ot down without suppressants. Yhey sent a link that allowed me start checking in. Fou d a pharmacy open on a Sunday after 8pm and treated him and his ailments with such care. Always a wonderful experience...I love my pediatrician but I also love to go to PM Pedriatrucs as well. Thank you for all you do. Definitely recommend

Came in Monday night around 11my oldest son wasn’t feeling well&wanted him to get tested maybe flu.when we arrived the girl at the front desk was beyond helpful.i had just been here last week&had a bad experience with the front desk.i explained to her I was having trouble logging into my account as its not letting me update my number&ive messaged solvhealth still no reply.Krystle was so helpful she send me the message to my phone but i showed her it was still trouble shooting she than was able to sign me in from her end,but she didn’t leave it at that she helped me navigate my account to be able to update my children&add the correct number.She was kind&very patient.She didnt treat me like I was bothering her&took her time in trying to help me.I was really impressed by her positive attitude it really meant a lot to me.She really went beyond her way to help.She was also helpful in letting me know which pharmacy would still be open as the doctor prescribed my son medicine.The doctors&nurses are always great in the back.Past experience with the front desk employees makes me nervous to ever ask questions but Krystle is a great example&she really set the tone.Other employees should definitely take notes from her.Shes efficient&made the whole experience effortlessly.

I’ve unfortunately had to take all 3 of my kids including an infant here this cold season, which has barely started! The doctors are always amazing. Office staff is kind. The nurses always get my twin preschoolers to laugh. A huge thank you to both Dr Friedman and Dr he, who have managed to get my preschoolers over their fear of checking their ears! Thank you so much. Through croup, RSV, paraflu, pink eyes, and ear infections… you’re always awesome. Thank you!

Always pleased with this facility. My only complaint with their check- in process is that once you check in, the time frame that they provide is not accurate. They should inform patients to either just stay/wait outside or provide a more accurate time to come in.

Very quick and very clean establishment. Very knowledgeable doctors. There nothing better then when your child feels better after going to the doctor.

Providers were very rude

The staff from front desk, medical assistant to doctor could not have been any more attentive, professional and calming. As we were leaving, my son turned to me to say how he only wants to come back to THIS office (Rockville Centre, NY). Fantastic experience where my son’s immediate need to be seen was accommodated.
