The Lady at the front Desk was very friendly and helped me a lot in my visit. 👏 The whole team there are Great.

It's my first visit here. The wait takes forever. And they don’t like to see you before you appointment time. But they want the pt to wait until they want to see the pt waiting like two hours in the room and nobody say nothing.

We’ve had great experiences with PM Pediatrics in DC the last few weeks. Dr Dreiling in particular who we’ve seen twice now was really great. She listened carefully to our concerns, had a great manner with our toddler, and was informative and helpful in giving us advice. We also were pleased at the way the front desk handled the long Sunday wait time today, by allowing us to leave during the wait and sending us a text when our turn was coming up. That alone sets this practice apart. One area for improvement—we saw no air purifiers and a lack of high quality mask wearing by staff (mostly surgical masks). We wish the practice would be more attentive to limiting risk of spreading airborne illness (Covid and others) in an urgent care office.

We have nothing but great things to say about PM peds. The front staff is very friendly, check in was fast and easy. I had even mistakingly scheduled my son for a different location and they were able to correct my error and have him seen with my daughter that afternoon. The nurse who took their vitals was excellent. Wait time was prompt. Ananya Datta was amazing. She was so thorough and explained everything in detail. We knew were in great hands. The facility was also super clean! A big plus especially this time of year. I hope we don’t have to come back anytime soon but if we do this is the place to go!

This is a great pediatrics urgent care. The workers are very attentive caring compassionate and serious about their work. The doctor was quick in an out and knew what he was talking about. I am highly satisfied.

the best experience you don't expect much and the attention is perfect

This was my first time here and after being checked in I was taking straight to the back with my daughter within 10 minutes didn’t even have a chance to sit down . There was no wait. Everyone was really friendly and understanding even with my daughter having a fit. Great job I will be coming again when needed. The doctor was so nice and the nurse. 10/10

Great decor and ambiance - felt like I was in a kid version of a tiki bar. TVs in the exam rooms playing cartoons was a bonus.

It was very quick. NP was great. Location was clean.

I came in for a consistent cough for my son. I was told to give him baby allergy medicine. His cough has been consistent for about a month. I was told he may be too young for some medicines. I’m sure allergy medicine isn’t the only thing I can give my son for a bad cough. There was no recommendations on what to do different or pay close attention to. Overall not a good experience.
