I had a visit due to an acute neck cervical spine issue causing severe nerve and tight muscle pain. My head was locked in the downward position. While pacing in the room waiting for someone to help me I thought I heard a door close When I turned around there was a lady standing leaning against the cabinet with her arms crossed over her chest and had a very angry look on her face. “ what’s the problem “ she says. I am nervous and in serious pain so I tried to tell her what happened and what was hurting. She said “ what do you want to me to do about it” I finally sat on the bed, she touched my upper back for maybe 30 seconds. She did nothing else! No physical examination, no questions were asked about my history, No labs, no x-ray or MRI. She had absolutely no compassionate bones in her body. Soon I realized this doctor lady was worthless and I just needed to leave. So I did and in the weeks following up with my doctors after MRIs CT scans and x-rays and put in the correct doctors care I have a very very serious neck issue called Cervical Myelopathy causing severe spinal cord damage and I have to have surgery to fix this. I would like to recommend to your doctors there, perhaps approach your patients with a better understanding that they may really be hurt, maybe they’re not there to seek narcotics! Dr Jennifer Pepper, MD I’ll never forget the ugly way you treated me nor will I forget your name. This was a very unprofessional and unproductive visit and I’m highly highly disgusted with them.
