Premier Family Health has served as my primary since 2006! I moved to Fort Lauderdale and still made the drive to Wellington because I loved how the office was run and how caring the providers were. Things started to change a year or so ago and now they are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Most of the staff has already left since Innovacare has taken over. Nurse practitioner baptiste is the absolute worst medical professional have ever met in my life! She lacked compassion, she was rude.I'm disrespectful, and did not care to hear a word you had to say. It took her 2 days to get my refills to my pharmacy, and instead of sending three months worth, she only sent one month. I called this morning to have them. Look into that and send the other prescriptions in. I was told it would be taken care of in the prescription would be at the pharmacy sometime today. That did not happen, and in fact, there is a message on the portal that NP Baptiste, instead suggested that I set up an appointment. I only know this because I used my FSA Card to pay deductible, and they did not submit the right paperwork so I had to go find it myself and submit it so the expense would be covered. I sent a message at noon. Letting them know that I did not get the prescription sent to the pharmacy and I see a note then I need to come see them. I have yet to hear back. Well, all good things come to an end, and I believe this is my time. I am so disappointed that such an amazing establishment has turned into this. Save yourself the trouble and do your research and find a reputable doctor's office who actually cares about you and that is not only concerned about the bottom line and collecting those deductibles and office visit claims.

Online patient profiles compromised, thanks for zero security. Can not request refills and when you drive over and walk in or call to request refill, they're NEVER refilled, Thank you Julie Thornburg! Appointments with offices that are shut down, surprise! Thank you Womens Wellness Wellington abruptly closed office. Or doctors quit, no longer working, were you going to tell your patients? Thank you again Premier Wellington. Billing disaster with NO CORRECTION in over 5 months, Glevita NEVER returns calls, NEVER makes corrections, NEVER replies to Better Bussines Bureau, NEVER responds to Quest Diagnostics! The facility is clean, scheduling is pretty easy. Parking availability is good. The complete failure is their referral desk. Very, very frequently I end up having to call numerous times to see why they haven’t sent a referral approval to the requesting physician’s office. Today, my dermatology office called to tell me they have tried on 3 separate occasions to receive a referral for a cancer treatment they faxed to Premier (7/18/23, 7/28/23, 7/31/23), fax confirmed the fax request was received, yet no response. That practice called twice, then asked me if I could make it happen. I tried this morning, called their referral line, got a scheduler instead, like always. He sent an urgent message to the referral staff and my PA. Said I would get a call back today. Not happening. My appt is 8/1/23 and most likely will get rescheduled. Horrible service. Not worth being a patient if you can’t get referrals for care they don’t provide.

This is by far the worst practice I’ve ever attended. Trying to cram too much stuff under one roof. I don’t need dental care, bone density testing, bloodwork, CAT scans, nutrient replacement, primary care and a cafe’. Maybe if they spent more money on quality staff to care for patients focused on one aspect of care and less on decorations inside the building you would get better service. Worst practice ever, will never return.

This place sucks. It is so bad customer service has to be worse that motor vehicle. I went for a cardio and my wife went for a thyroid sono and no call for 10 days. They still have no result. They do not care about you. You are a number here. It’s is a very disappointing place. The owner dr apicella is nowhere to be found. He better get a grip on his practice or he is going to have patients like me leaving.
