Staffs are nice and friendly. Clinic is clean and roomy. I was in and out for about 30 min. Recommend this clinic.

Had some minor medical symptoms that I knew would get worse if I didn’t get it taken care of. Easy appt scheduling, fast check in, and friendly staff. In and out in 20 minutes!

The receptionist was very friendly & helpful! She kept me informed & was very pleasant.  The PA was very nice. Provided the care I needed.  The nurse or nurse assistant well … she came in the room but didn’t do anything. She didn’t take my temperature, my BP or anything. She barely spoke to me, typed something & walked out.

Received amazing care. Excellent experience. Online scheduling was easy. Staff was friendly. Office was very clean. Highly recommended

No apparent coordination with the urgent care and their same facilities ER. Nothing showed up in the system when we arrived and the woman at the ER couldn’t read the paperwork or understand it seemingly trying to work within the same system premier this was a very frustrating experience.

I was the only patient there at the time of my appointment. I was not made aware that the doctor was done seeing me as I still had questions for him. When I asked the assistant my questions, she gave me very vague answers. She also said I could just call. I felt very rushed and I let her know. I was sick. I needed help. I will not be coming back.

Grace, the receptionist, was so patient and worked to solve a unique situation. The Dr. was kind , understanding and prescribed what was needed. The nurse spent time explaining things to me. I had no wait time. I came over the dinner hour. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was there. I was in acute pain from a UTI. Yes! I recommend this provider and the staff.

Grace has to be the worst bedside manner and is the rudest person especially when you’re not feeling good.  All other staff members were very friendly and professional. There’s been numerous times with interactions with Grace during visits and it’s not just a bad day. She is genuinely a very rude and condescending person. No one needs this when they’re not feeling good.

Every part of the experience was great! I was able to get an appointment on the same day. When I arrived the MA was very welcoming and kept me informed throughout my wait. The person who took my vitals was efficient and friendly. Zach, the PA who evaluated me was friendly and made me feel at ease.
