The staff were quick and efficient. My wait was only a few minutes. Diagnosed quickly.

I was a walk in and was served quickly. Immediate results back as I had a UTI.  Went to the pharmacy and they were closed so called the urgent care and they changed the script to an open pharmacy. That helped!!

Front staff and MA were excellent. They were friendly and made me feel welcomed. The doctor, however, had horrible bedside manner and was rude. He was questioning why I took so long after initial symptoms to be seen. When attempted to tell him that I thought it might be related to a recent surgery, he cut me off stating that I can only be seen for one thing and they don't do bloodwork there. As I attempted again, he just cut me off. When I asked about additional recommendations to alleviate my symptoms besides the prescription, it appeared that he didn't like my questions and was condescending. I was going there for help. I didn't need someone acting as if waiting to be seen was some sort of crime. Another reason I had waited was because my family doctor was not in the office and that was her suggestion. He needs to learn kindness and compassion. This was my first time at a premier urgent care. Not impressed at all.

Had a laceration from a table saw.  Thought I should get it looked at and tetanus shot.  The intake person was professional and got me into an exam room before my appointment time. Cynthia took my information and vitals and did so professionally and pleasantly!  She removed my bandages and Mr. Ingram helped.  They were both respectful of my injury and worked quickly to get my laceration cleaned and redressed. I was very happy with my visit and am happy I decided to go. I would highly recommend this urgent care provider!

Excellent service, excellent care at the Centerville location with one glaring exception: premier health needs to get their bugs worked out with their prescription service with local pharmacies. This is the third visit to this location in Centerville, where my prescriptions magically get lost after they’re sent to the pharmacy. My pharmacy, CVS, says this is a problem with premier; premier says this is a problem with CVS.  In either case, it would be wonderful if someone would step up and address this ongoing computer issue.

Staff was quick and attentive despite being booked up for the day and amount of walk-ins. I appreciated their good attitudes. Thanks Brooklyn, Yolanda and Zach!!

Zachary youst was hands down the BEST urgent care PA I’ve ever seen. He was so incredibly kind and patient with my baby. He deserves all the recognition!
