Driving rain storm today. Attendant was forced to go outside to my car without adequate WEATHER PPE. I had to roll down my window causing rainwater to enter my vehicle. This protocol needs to change.

I arrived two minutes befor my appt. for COVID test and checked in by phone. Said they’ed be out shortly. Waited 30 minute then saw staff member come out to car next me which had been there only a few minutes. Called them again and said sorry and came right out. They need a better way of making sure every one is being taken care of. I was sweating a lot in my car in the sun because I couldn’t run it 30 minutes to keep cool. I am not rich! By the time I got my COVID test finished I was very stressed!

Everything went great except it was raining and cold (4/29/2021). The ladies (employees/nurses) had to keep going in and out in the cold rain. And of course I had to keep putting my car window up and down and I got cold and wet. You need to provide some kind of covering to protect your employees and customers. I thought you might want to know about this problem so you can fix it. Thanks!
