Carinne was so nice and kind, she made everything really simple and fast. Like genuinely it was so fast and efficient, I was there for maybe a little over a half hour.

The staff didn’t even go over my test results or diagnosis at discharge. I had to ask them to go over it with me. She literally handed me the paperwork and said I could leave and go pick up ZPack.

I was able to get an appointment on the same day. The staff was very efficient and I was in and out in less than half an hour in time to pick up prescriptions the same night. The NP listened (after reading my chart) and asked and answered all of my questions. Thank you!

Was sick days prior to my visit but decided to get some test done regardless. Walked in and was assisted by the desk manager. I was taken back about 20 minutes after my arrival. The nurse was a bit abrupt and impatient with me trying to answer questions fully. But that can be charged to the stress of the day. Who knows? The doctor was pleasant and helpful. Made me feel comfortable and sent me on my way. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Overall the experience was good. I was extremely sick and needed to get checked out. The gentlemen at the desk was very friendly and kind and so was the doctor who oversaw my care. The only issue I had was with thr initial nurse who checked me in and completed my testing her bedside manner and attitude were very unprofessional as if me coming in was an inconvenience for her.

Had not been feeling well for a few days. Did a walk in to the Urgent Care in Englewood. The young man working the desk took my insurance info and DL. He was very courteous. Wait time was rather long. Others came in and were helped right away. I finally realized they had scheduled and appointment. I was seen by nurse and doctor. They were thorough. Will recommend to others. I also will schedule an appointment the next time.

Would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.  The staff was great!!!  Very friendly and took great care of me.
