Everyone was really great, office is under construction so it’s a bit of a mess, but overall good

Everyone in the office were super nice and made sure to say hello and make me feel welcome!

The staff was one of the most friendliest people I have ever met. I felt like I had friends there regardless of that they were very nice. I would highly recommend them.

Came for a pre employment physical and screening, and had to unexpectedly get my blood drawn. All three ladies that cared for me were very patient and supportive, talking me through it and making sure I was as comfortable as possible with what was happening. I have terrible anxiety with blood draws, and I was literally shaking like I was hypothermic, but they were still incredibly patient and kind, offering me water and letting me take my time to breathe. I would 100% come here again for any drug screening or blood work in the future. Phenomenal care. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and delightful to speak with, and the main tech that cared for me was very patient and understanding. I would recommend this provider to anybody that needs this kind of care.

Had to wait outside in the cold until exactly 8am when the lobby opened, would've been nice to be able to wait inside, but understandable. I had to reschedule which I wish I could've done online, but calling to reschedule was still pretty easy. The staff members were all very friendly and professional and the actual visit was excellent!

My wait time was an hour before I was even seen and I had an appointment time.  I have never waited this long for a pre-employment screening.

I understand this is an occupational health office but the unprofessionalism in this office was absurd. I waited over an hour in the waiting room while staff was laughing in the break room that was directly next to the waiting area the staff was saying “well I had a long yesterday so I’m going to waste time today” while I’m sitting there waiting for over an hour for my appointment to start and you are bluntly stating your wasting time. I was also there for a pre-screen employment physical and drug test. I asked to go to the rest room since I was waiting for so long and the front receptionist said “no, go sit down and cross your legs” talking to me like I’m a child. I could have peed 12 times in the time it took me waiting but absolutely unprofessional and I’m sad to say I’m so happy I’m working at a different premier location because that was is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone.

Staff was excellent very friendly and outgoing. Checking in was a breeze. The nurse practitioner was very caring and was very friendly. Which my pcp staff was like this
