Scheduling the appointment was very easy online, they keep you updated at all times until the day of the appointment. The staff super friendly. Checking in you can do it online or in person. Again both of the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The overall staff was very nice and friendly, the location ( office) very clean. The wait time it was longer than I was expecting but not so terrible. Plus there was a lot of people there before me. Keep the good work!

The front desk staff member who checked me in was phenomenal — very kind and professional. The person who did my bloodwork etc was also great. The woman who took my picture was also very kind and helpful. The provider seemed extremely rushed. As I sat in the waiting room for almost 40 minutes past my appointment time, you could see staff in the back jumping around and dancing, singing and walking around eating cheese puffs, pushing each other around in chairs, etc. It was extremely unprofessional. As I walked to the examination room, most staff members were eating at their desks with their iPads and Kindles out in front of their keyboards with patient information on their computer screen. I called today about an issue with my exemption and the staff member in the phone was extremely rude to me stating “I already said that” when I asked for clarification. I have been in the healthcare setting for many, many years and this entire experience was awful. This office and their staff with the exception of the three that I spoke about earlier were by far some of the most unprofessional medical professionals I’ve ever interacted with. The combination of their horse playing, eating in the care areas, and overall attitude has solidified me never booking at this location again. I hope that the manager can use my experience as an opportunity to train and educate their staff on professionalism and pride in your job and workspace.

I visited for a pre-employment physical and drug screen. The facility was clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Wait time was long but of course I expected that.

The ease of scheduling was great, but they only had locations in Dayton available. The website said that there was a place in Monroe, Ohio but when I clicked on that location every day, it said the office was closed. I love the check-in process through the iPad. There were a few questions that were kind of confusing and when it asked about, the TB Medication or some vaccine, I didn’t even know what the vaccine stood for and I just got out of school so I’m not sure. Many people even know what that is. The RN Heather and resident Monica were great!

I had a very a very horrible experience with visit at premier Health. The staff were confused they didn’t know what they were doing. I came to get a check up and the staff kept sending me back and forth the building because the didn’t know their job.
