The nurse who saw me first talked loudly outside the room about how she didn’t think anything was wrong with me after I told her my symptoms. I was having a minor allergic reaction and it really scared me at the time so this was pretty upsetting. We had also just talked about the hrt I was on and she was not able to use context clues to not loudly call me ‘she’ outside the door. When she came back at the end she started with ‘and what was your name again?’. In general it didn’t feel like she cared if I lived or died so I will probably be avoiding this provider at all costs and I’m glad I was there for something so minor, I can’t imagine how badly I would’ve been mishandled if something more serious were going on.

Looked for someplace to go after 5 when I got off of work. It was a Sunday and most places were already closed. I went on line and got an appointment for 6pm. Everyone in there were so very nice. The doctor was the best. So friendly and concern that I f he had a private practice I would pick him anytime.

Woman was very rude to me during my checkin, which was very stressful considering I was sick and sleep deprived because of my sickness. She made me cry because she was so rude and condescending.

Had caught my finger between two heavy duty tubs and wanted to make certain I hadn’t broken it at the joint. Everyone was nice, they did X-rays and then they were able to tell me is wasn’t broken

Took my Mom there from her memory care unit for a possible UTI.  First the parking lot and sidewalk was almost completely impassable due to snow. It made it almost impossible for my Mom to enter with her walker.  2nd I clearly told the staff that she had Alzheimer’s.  We were treated awful. Staff was rude. My Mom needed to take a urine test and the worker refused to assist my Mom stating she couldn’t lift her. I did not ask her to life her nor did anyone need to lift her, but I thought it would have been a bit more dignified for a health care worked to assist my mom in collecting urine than her son.  We ended up Leaving and will never return. Place was dirty, staff was rude and the parking lots and sidewalks were not safe.
