Doctor and nurse were fantastic! Our daughter was pretty emotional and they helped her feel calm and interacted with her very well.

Seth once again got me through my sinus and ear infection! This medical professional is just down right awesome and this urgent care is second to none! In and out in 8 minutes! Never did that at any urgent care! Seth knows what he’s doing and gets to the problem and out the door with the correct solution! Love my Urgent care!

Online scheduling was easy. All staff were very nice. Explained everything clearly and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

It was easy to book an appointment with them and when I walked in it I was cared for immediately. No waiting in the waiting room. The staff was amazing 👏. And the dr took extra time with me to understand why I was sick and the need to help me get better. This was the best urgent care experience I've ever had in my life! I highly recommend this provider ❤️

Probably the biggest thing I don’t agree with is making the patient come in masked up. While I’m sure it keeps the patients from getting any additional sickness, it just seems odd to make the patient more uncomfortable than they already are.

Saw on line no wait. So went right away, 11:30 am. Got there, was told I wouldn’t be seen until next appointment time at 3:20. Made that appointment, was told to be there by 3:00. Returned at 3:00, wasn’t taken to a room until 4:05. Immediately a nurse took my vitals, I then waited until 4:35 to be seen by Andrew, PA. The staff was great, the wait was terrible, especially when you don’t feel well. I was told there was an emergency that put everything behind. If it’s that big of an emergency they should have been told to go to the Premier Emergency room right across the parking lot.

Was up all night sick. Scheduled online for tomorrow, and didn't realize since it was past midnight I Scheduled for the following day. Being from out of the area I needed to be seen and they got me in. The staff was amazing, kind and helpful. The doctor knew exactly what was going on and prescribed me medicine that I picked up locally and my issue was getting better within 24 hours. Superior Service!

Needed an appointment ASAP and was able to schedule one same day as soon as I got off work! I checked in and was seen right away! Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind. The physician, Carinne, was so amazing! She answered all of my questions and talked me through every step. She made me feel super comfortable and explained everything in a way that I could understand. She took her time and I felt like she genuinely cared. I would absolutely recommend her!

Staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. Only feedback is urgent care is starting to feel/look like an physicians office. No room in your schedule for walk ins which I thought was the purpose of urgent care. We didn't need to be seen by an er and couldn't get into our pediatrician. Staff seemed under duress that we walked in vs having an appointment. They let us know they would have to fit us in since we didn't make an appointment. Also why would we placed in appointment time for later in the evening if they were just squeezing us in. That prevents other patients from being able to take a later appointment. My phone then kept asking me to check in for my later appointment which I wasn't there for. So I hope we're weren't marked as a no show.

I knew I had a UTI the night before  so I scheduled an appointment, easy. Met a wonderful person at the desk, her name was Savannah come to find out. She’s only been there three days and she was fantastic. My doctor was Andrew. Very pleasant. Took time to talk to me.  My whole experience at urgent care today,even though I wasn’t feeling well, was really nice. I got right in according to my appointment time, was seen in record time, and everybody was so nice. Thank you to your team!
