I'm thankful for the staff's willingness to help determine if my insurance was accepted. It was a challenge to determine due to it was 8:30 at night.

Persistent cough and ear issue.  Was in and out in 20 min or so. Nice job by all at the Oakwood location. Got an Rx right after and I’m a happy camper.  Thank you.

Easy to schedule so I didn’t have to sit in waiting room. Was seen right away. Nurse Practitioner talked to me not at me. Listened to me describe my symptoms & medical history. Very positive experience.

Very easy process and very clean place with great customer service

Scheduled an appointment online with out any challenges. Staff were courteous and accommodating my same-day appointment. Seen by nurse practitioner, who explained all her recommendations and went over the treatment plan with Me. Entire appointment took approximately 30 minutes. I will definitely be utilizing the urgent care location again for future needs.

Everyone was so helpful. We did have some trouble using the elevator outside the building (but the actual visit was great). Thank you!

I was able to get a same day appointment the day after Thanksgiving. So the fact that they were even open was really wonderful. The Dr. and nurse were also stellar. They took the time to understand my concerns and were able to come up with a plan that works for me until I can see my PC.

The day after Thanksgiving, this urgent care seemed extremely short staffed. Amanda and Brent were amazing. I walked in without an appointment and I was roomed and cared for very quickly with almost no wait at all. I have never had anything but excellent care at this location and yesterday was no exception. But I am VERY concerned that these staff did not have a working BP monitor on site. My BP read 200/90 at the first reading, and it was clear there was something wrong with the machine. This urgent care had several elderly patients that day and what if a pregnant woman came in with pre-eclampsia? It is unacceptable for an urgent care to be forced to operate without a functional BP monitor. (I took my BP at home and it was normal.) I received care at 10:30am, but after leaving, I ended up getting constant texts about an appointment at 2:40, which I did not make and cancelled via text but continued to get text reminders about throughout the day.  I would recommend a visit to this urgent care based on the excellent and compassionate providers I had that day and on previous visits. They are truly the best. But they deserve better equipment.

Everyone was very nice and got me in quickly. Minimal wait time.

The staff was kind and fast. I will go here again!
