Staff was very courteous and professional apologized for the wait which wasn’t bad especially this time of year!

Went in with UTI symptoms, tested and given antibiotics - was told urine culture was ordered. Called four days later on,y to find out culture was not sent. Disappointing.

This is my 2nd battle with Gout. Staff were understanding, patient and gave me recommendations on diet and lifestyle changes. Prescriptions were called in timely and aftercare instructions were well written. Never a bad experience

I had no idea that urgent care appts could be scheduled so did a walk in. the appt took all day. staff were very professional and kind. w9ndering if there is a non scheduled urgent care for emergency that doesn't warrant er.

Walked in after leaving work early due to sore throat and URI symptoms. Check-in staff was great and efficient. Very short wait as no clients in waiting area. The clinical staff member was rather unpleasant. She did not address me by name nor introduce herself by name or title. She was not kind or friendly in any way. Not sure what was going on in her life that she directed it toward others. The PA was very professional and did a thorough exam, explained findings and recommendations. Overall, the experience was fine. Hope the nurse or assistant's day improved.

I was a walking and was able to see a doctor in 15 minutes. Check-in was easy and they staff was very friendly. Even when back in the room the doctors and nurse were quick, thorough and efficient. Would highly recommend

Ear issues. Quick expert care. No we won't let the cat pick his ears lol.

The staff was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I do wish that the PA would have listened to me ( the patient) about what treatment worked for my illness  that I have experienced many times  before or even looked back at my notes to see what has been prescribed in the past.

had to sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half despite being told i was next in line. i was waiting to give a urine sample so you can imagine how uncomfortable that was. once i got in it was a quick and easy process. the wait times are just unbelievable. staff is friendly and the facility is clean

Suffering from RSV symptoms. Extremely satisfied with the facility, staff, and care. I will choose the location again if needed.💕
