Had a terrible allergic reaction, itchy and sore and everywhere. I was able to easily make an appointment online and check in online as well. I arrived and saw the doctor within 3 minutes of arrival. He was very friendly, professional, listened carefully and answered all my questions. Office staff very friendly and professional as well. They made a great team.

I found it very easy to schedule my appointment using the SOLV app. When I got there I walked in and the man at the desk took care of me promptly. I paid ahead of time. I only waited a few minutes before being called back. The woman who saw me answered my questions and made a decision on treatment. She told me the medication she was assigning to me and how to take it in regard to some of my other medications. She made sure I understood what was going on before leaving me. It was all a very smooth appointment without any undue waiting.
