It was great to come in and not have to wait when you are sick. The staff was Very pleasant, friendly and helpful

Easy scheduling- PA Gregory Adkins was super nice, quick and helpful.

I was excited to be able to get an appointment however when the physician came in to see me she coughed in her hand and sneezed in her hand and did not wash her hands before she grabbed medical instruments to look in my ear and throat

Scheduling was easy, staff was incredibly pleasant.

Was able to book an appointment the same day at this location. No waiting period when I arrived. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Ty was very helpful and very professional. I would highly recommend this location.

They were able to do an X-ray there. Very nice and efficient

Check in staff and the first medical assistant were kind and thorough. Later I shared while being examined that I thought it might be a sinus infection due to two weeks of cough, sore throat and drainage. After being examined, I was left in the room and able to overhear staff members discussing that if the patient (presumably me) really wants meds they will go somewhere else to get them, how antibiotics are over prescribed for sinus infections, and generally questioning the validity of my concerns “but it looks like she works in a daycare so maybe she does.” However, none of these concerns were communicated directly to me and when the provider returned I was handed an after visit summary and prescription without any discussion of their findings or suggestions - no confirmation of whether it seemed in line with a sinus infection, any observations or comment on the breathing/ear/nose/throat exam or anything. Just a paper and a goodbye. I don’t feel my care was thorough and I don’t feel as though staff handled conversations professionally or appropriately.

Booked my appointment on line. Was greeted with a smile upon check in. I was immediately taken back to the room. Vitals were taken and some questions were asked. The NP knocked on the door and entered the room with a smile and announced her name, and that she would be taking care of me today. The entire team were very professional and friendly. I like going to this office and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

My visit was good. I’ve been coughing and dealing with congestion for a few weeks. I thought it was allergies but I have Bronchitis. The staff from check in until I was diagnosed was friendly, helpful, thorough and informative. Thank God for them.

My problem was addressed with compassion and concern.  I appreciate it.
