Felt heard. Loved the staff asked questions and actually listened. Got me in and out without delay.

Terrible bedside manner. Didn’t feel taken care of. Was constantly reminded of what they weren’t able to do for me. Felt like I couldn’t googled or used AI to get whatever “help” or “care” I was given there. Was assumed to not have a social security even after providing my drivers license and proof of insurance. Was questioned if I was faking my symptoms or screwing tests to make my issue seem worse. Overall a waste of time. Wouldn’t ever recommend this place.

Everyone was wonderful! They helped by explaining diagnosis and treatment SO WELL that it made decision making easier. The entire place was totally clean, staff so polite and professionally trained that it was a delight even in a dire situation. I applaud the staff. I would recommend for emergency care.

Sat for an hour in the room before the person working came in and told me they should have told me that they could not help me. Paid $35 and did nothing and no one came into the room for 55 minutes after my vitals were taken.

Typically I have a great experience at this location and the staff are exceptional just as they were tonight EXCEPT for the nurse practitioner, Vanetta Scandrick, APRN. Her bedside manners are simply horrible! She was very condescending and rude. I understood her reasoning behind the need to wait until my results come back before prescribing medication but her questioning me and delivery behind why she wasn’t going to prescribe me any medication were unacceptable. She needs to learn that it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I knew the minute she walked in and introduced herself that she had poor bedside manners. I tried to endure her rudeness and stay calm but ultimately got up and left. No one deserves to be treated in the manner that she treated me tonight. She was rude, rude, rude and in my opinion, in the wrong profession. On the other hand, the receptionist and Peggy were exceptional and kind. Vanetta, not at all!!!!

The nurse smelled like smoke. When she left the room my 14 year said to me, "She smelled so bad of cigarette smoke Mom." Sad to be at any medical facility and have a nurse smell like that.

The ease of scheduling was fine, I was able to be seen right away. Check-in was perfect. The staff was very friendly with the exception of the nurse taking my symptoms. My care was thoughtful and appreciated.
