Did not get any relief.  I paid a $75 copay to be told to take Allegra.  My sinuses are killing me an I will en up at the doctors.

I have been sick for two days and missed three days of work and I knew I couldn’t get into my regular doctor so I found an appointment online with Premier urgent care, where I have visited before. They had an appointment within a half hour and as soon as I got there, they got me in a room and got me checked out. Everyone from the time I checked in, to the nurse, to the provider were all very friendly and gave me all the information I needed.

I was able to schedule online and there was no wait when I arrived. The gentleman at the front desk greeted me with care and concern. Very welcoming.

Decided to go to an urgent care after not being able to get rid of a cold and sore throat. Scheduling was super simple and within one hour of my appointment I was on my way to pick up prescriptions. The staff was friendly and the provider let me ask questions. I was extremely happy with my choice of urgent cares.

I’m pregnant and had just come from my ob who asked me to go to my family dr or urgent care to get tested for the flu/covid and get some meds if came back positive as I was showing symptoms. Since I could get a same day appt at urgent care I took this route. The gentleman and the front desk was kind and professional, I didn’t wait long in the lobby infact I was taken back sooner than my scheduled time. The nurse was also very kind and professional, took my vitals and swabbed me for the flu first since they could get those results immediately. I do infact have the flu. The NP came in from the moment she opened the door was dismissive, I don’t know if she was having a rough day but said she found it hard to believe my ob couldn’t run these tests and will not be prescribing me any sort of medication; in her words “if they want to prescribe you medication they can pull up your chart and do it” shook her head no I’m not giving you anything and walked out to get my discharge papers.  I am just a sick pregnant woman looking for care and feel like I was not cared for but punished because she had her own opinion on how my ob office should be ran.

difficulty breathing and essentially was just told it wasn’t pneumonia and hurried out the door. also had an abnormally high heart rate (102) and it was never followed up on. however receptionist was really great! he was kind and helpful.

Woke up not feeling well scheduled my appt no problem. Upon arriving at urgent care I was greeted the immediately told “put on a mask” when no other person had one on. The wait time wasn’t awful due to having appt, once roomed I did wait for a decent small time for the the provide understanding how busy she was. Upon the provider entering the room she was NOT friendly honestly rude not personable barely spoke. did NOT even introduce herself. honestly a poor experience with not friendly staff about masks ?? don’t plan to come back to this location disappointed in my own employers employees.

Been sick for 2 days now with my temp reaching over 101° and was told I just have a headache.

Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Horrible NP (aka) attending “doctor”, horrible bedside manners. She came in the room with an attitude, after I waited over 30 mins to be seen; this is with a scheduled appointment time, they took “walk-in’s” before me, in which their sign states the total opposite!  Then the NP kept getting my info mixed up with other patients information she had seen, she then asked me what day it was. She seemed unknowable and not  confident with her skills. Then as I was leaving she sarcastically told me with a huge unprofessional attitude that she hadn’t even had her lunch yet! I will never go to that Urgent Care again to be seen, total waste of my time and my $50.
