Made an appointment for a 2 PM and got there and my daughter waited 45 minutes in the exam room feeling very sick. Only to find out that the healthcare professional was sitting, shooting the shit with other employees the entire time she was waiting..

Wait was wayyyyy too long. I was not informed when I checked in, but heard the front desk staff tell another patient, that there was only one physician working for the 3 hours i was there. I would have gone to a different center or made a later appointment if that had been made clear to me when i walked in. I’m sure one physician carrying the entire patient load affected my standard of care as well- i presented with ENT symptoms & a covid test was not even given a cursory mention.

I wasn’t feeling well; my temperature was fluctuating between 99-102. And I was coughing. I was a walk in so I had to wait. I saw Mikala. She was pleasant and she took care of me. I got a prescription for my cough. She went over how to continue my care at home.

I felt awful, concerned about Covid or RSV. Walked in and was greeted by a very pleasant reception. She said the wait may be 2 to 3 hours but felt it would be less time. I waited 45 minutes, met assistant who was also very pleasant. Waited 5 or 10 minutes utes and met the PA was very nice as well. I got my Covid and RSV tests, a prescription for antibiotics for my sinus infection and was out the door. I feel much better now and will return if needed in the future. Thank you!
