The medical assistant, Stacey, was very friendly and competent. She introduced herself first thing.  Melissa APRN was very thorough in her physical and history assessment of my illness. I felt confident in her care. She also gave clear instructions for follow-up should I not improve.

I always get great service at this site.  My only complaint is today, after my lab results were posted on My Chart, no one contacted me to advise me for next steps (stay on the current antibiotic or change as the results suggest.  I called the Soringboro site multiple times and no one would answer the call it would ring for awhile and then disconnect after the message says some one will pick up the call.  I also called multiple crimes throughout the day & evening with the same results. This is not adequate cystomer service, since they send the specimen to the lab but never followed up with the patient to advice next steps.

Woke up with a sore throat, fever, and severe congestion. Doctor did nothing barely even examined me was in the office with me less than five minutes and said virus and then and that was it could’ve given steroids for the congestion at least. My impression is they just wanted the money and did not wanna treat the patient.
