I had sinus pressure, ear pain off & on for a week. I thought it was just sinus due to weather but I felt worse today. I wasn’t able to get an appt. at my doctor’s office so I scheduled an appt. w/Urgent Care online & filled out the info online (easy). The NP was very nice & helpful! She sent in a prescription to my pharmacy & I was out the door in 30 minutes.

Would be great if the visit was with an M.D. rather than a Nurse Practitioner. While I am sure there is a place for NP’s their education and experience is limited in comparison to a board certified physician.

I had been sick for several days .  Coughing , sinus , sore throat .  Loss of voice .  Very kind .  Went I’ve everything with me . Answered my questions . Sinuitue .  They went w prescription to pharmacy for me .  This is my third time there.  As always ….just excellent .  Gold store all the way.

Amazing staff. Really cared about me and listened. They even listened and reassured my husband who was really worried about me. Miss Dickensheets my provider addressed all my needs and I felt so much better that day with the treatment she prescribed. So knowledgeable. Could they be my primary care?

I was very glad I used the scheduling process. It was easy to check in because I did all the paper work ahead. It also made it easy for my daughter to bring me to the apt. because I had a set time. The staff was very caring in seeing to my needs. I am glad I was able to see someone on the weekend.

Couldn’t get in to my family Dr. Got in fast, treated very well…caring, listening and treated with respect. Prescribing meds was fast and easy. Back home in bed quickly. Thank you for being available and helping me!!!

Was thankful that I could get in on Thanksgiving. Entire team was friendly and even though I was the last patient of the day. I didn't feel rushed. I am new to the area and asked for prescription to go through Kroger and found out that Kroger pharmacy wasn't open at all other holiday. Couldn't get my prescription until the next day.

Ease of booking same day appt. on line-peace of mind. Front desk staff- courteous and professional. Nurse Assistant Rue-professional, proficient and friendly. She has been at this facility for 4 plus years. CNP Kristi-Professional, proficient, empathetic, provided extra tips about sinus pressure and a great listener. She has been at this facility for 4 years. This is my second experience at this facility and I would confidently recommend this facility.
