No complaints with the actual visit to Troy. However, the online scheduling was quite confusing. It showed the office being "Currently Closed" in a large bar, but then in smaller characters at the lower part of the page, it showed appointments could be scheduled at the Troy location. It was the same location! Wasn't sure if I was going to have an appointment when I got there, but the text updates gave me hope.

I waited 1 1/2 hours, but it was because they had multiple urgent cases with only one doctor working. Apparently that is not uncommon. You need another person working.

I only gave 3 star for wait time, but I can't complain about the wait time because it was not their fault, there was only 2 people working. That's asking a lot. I think there should be better coverage for an urgent care. But with all they had to deal with, and they had a lot of patience, they were great!! I

I didn’t schedule an appointment - I was a walk in.  Waited maybe 20 mins.  Both doctor and nurse were very nice.  Facility was clean.  I would highly recommend this location.
