My daughter wasn’t feeling well and there were no appointments left for the day.  We were still able to get in as a walk in and didn’t have to wait long.   The staff were so nice and helpful.  I can’t say enough about PA Zachary Youst.  He is so knowledgeable, has the best bedside manner and was great with my daughter.   I will be recommending this Urgent Care to all my family and friends.

Got in and out just fine.  The nurse practitioner that saw was quick and professional.  She to me mentioned a decongestant that I could use in the future to prevent block eustachion tubes in the future.  I cannot remember what it was but if someone could pass that along I would appreciate it.

As usual they were fast, friendly and empathetic. I have sinus and ear infections that haven’t responded to the meds and they’ve done their best to try and get me better.

Got an appt for the afternoon. The staff at checkin was great. Took me right to the room. Anastasia was wonderful. Dr. INGRAM got to the cause of my problem, prescribed meds I needed and had me on my way in no time. I would recommend Dr. INGRAM to others.

Was told that my urine sample didn’t show signs of a UTI. Was told that my backaches “were nothing, but possibly a kidney stone” and was told that my chills could be due to “a virus, because it’s cold and flu season”. I ended up in the hospital that very night. The pills the doctor gave me at this urgent care did nothing. The pills the hospital gave me saved my life. Told the hospital the type of pills the doctor gave me and they said those were good pills, but I should have been prescribed the antibiotic four times a day instead of twice a day, and instead of 7 days been prescribed them for 10. Urine test at the hospital was ABNORMAL and indicative of infection. Based off my symptoms (lower back pain, violent chills, extreme urgency to urinate, nausea, full body weakness, urinating far more than I was drinking), they guessed that the infection had traveled to my kidneys. I told the hospital staff what the urgent care doctor’s recommendations were as far as what not to drink. He told me to steer clear of electrolyte drinks when I asked if I could have Propel zero sugar drinks, because my entire body felt weak. So I stopped, and I got weaker. The hospital told me I COULD drink those, and should. Then I read in my urgent care doctor’s notes from earlier that day that the doctor thought I “didn’t look ill.” Seriously? I ended up in the HOSPITAL several hours later. Really disappointed in this urgent care. Will not go back.
