I had flu symptoms last night, so I was able to schedule an appointment in the morning for 8:30 AM The staff and the registered nurse Susan were great I was in and out in 30 minutes with peace of mind that I did not have the flu or Covid. I was concerned since I had family reunion planned for Easter weekend, including babies. My wife had visited primary care urgent earlier this year and had a similar experience PRIMA , urgent care is absolutely better than others that I used in the past I recommend to all

Scheduling was great so tgat you did not have to wait.  Dr Stewart was attentive and listened to all symptoms and concerns.  Seems my regular doctor is a week out on appointments whenever I need her most so Dr Stewart will definately my emergency go to. Office staff needs a bit of help.  If I just gave you my insurance card when I checked in, I should not have to give it to you 3 additional times.  You should explain the routine for urin intake for your office.  What do I write on a blank cup with no directions.  Wipe your self with the wipe beforehand never explained.  I had to ask 3 times could I have some water before to be sure I could urinate before I was directed to the water cups.  I made my copayment when I came in.  Can you not read the record and see that payment was already made instead of asking me again as I leave?  The office staff needs some polish, but Dr Steward was great.  Hope this helps you.

Service was excellent, very timely and they accurately assessed a strange (cold/flu) try of sickness that struck me without warning. I got immediate test results (taken in-house) for more serious illness and got a script that’s working very well. Can’t say enough good things about my experience & the staff.
