I’ve been to this urgent care clinic in the past and have been satisfied with the care that I’ve received each time. Keep up the good work.

I have a sore shoulder and came in Sat about noon to be seen without an appointment.  Front counter staff was friendly and helpful.  The nurse was competent and professional.  The Dr was thorough and after X-ray’s gave me a good plan going forward.  I highly recommend this place!

Flu with countless others. The nurse and doctor were great. Office staff were ok. No pay. Medicare and supplement. Really like the doctor. Yes I would recommend.

Did a walk-in visit since my normal doctor was already closed. Registering was difficult due to the bad service in the office. The front desk lady was rude and had a bad attitude. The clinic closed at 8 we were there at 7. The triage/nurse was not polite to my husband who drove me to the office and was by my side throughout the visit. I was overcharged and when I mentioned it the front desk lady told me it’s not her problem. Nearly exactly in the words. We came to this same place 2/3 weeks ago for my husband and that experience was much better. I would not recommend this place. Horrible attitude all around. Also, I ended up testing positive for influenza A which had been spreading like wildfire throughout the metroplex.

Ad for same day test results in not accurate waiting 48 hours for app to be updated with even just information from visit still no information in next care app. Would not recommend to anyone can't even access prior visit data in 24 hours. Never have iv been to a provider with no updates in at least 24 hours on visit in app.

Ms. Imani Crosby is an excellent provider, with an impeccable bedside manner, and a caring interest in the well being of patients. Highly recommended.

Wait time was over an hour once vitals were checked we waited in the room for over another hour.

I booked my son in to have his ingrown toe nail taken care of. The staff were very nice, however they didn’t tell me that I didn’t need a referral to a podiatrist if I was using self-pay. Instead they had me sign up to value care, to pay less on that day (which sounded good). It was only after I paid, that I could speak to the doctor and ask her about referrals. She said I would need one.  But since I’m not very familiar with the US healthcare system yet (as someone not born here), I had to trust that they were giving me sound advice. It turns out I could have directly called the podiatrist and gotten my son seen to, for much less than I paid at urgent care.  Yes, perhaps I should have asked more questions, or called the podiatrist before going to urgent care, but I would still have appreciated more direct honesty.

Everything was good, my only complaint is I have a bad cough and he prescribed over the counter cough medication.   I am not any better possibly worse so I am at CARENOW trying to get help Craig morton  682.465.0817

Easy to schedule available appointment, 1 hour 10 minutes in reception, 1 hour 15 minutes in exam room to get flu/covid results that nurse stated would take 15 minutes. More patients today than our last visit but similar time frame.
