This place is awful. We waited for 7 hours and didn't even get the results for a 15 minute covid test. They said they would call within 2 hours, never received a call. Trust the reviews.

Staff does not perform COVID tests correctly. Got two tests returned negative but tested positive after going to the ER and being hospitalized for a week.

Dr. Ansari is the best doctor! I have had severe stomach pain for 2 weeks and went to visit patient first and other doctor in Fredericksburg. They both asked me to go to buy over the counter medicine. So i have been taken Nexium and Zantac. But, my stomach got worse. I went to Dr. Ansari before i go to ER. He asked me questions about so many things not only for about stomach or foods i ate as other doctors i had visited. He gave me medicine right away and he said it is a sample from pharmacy and even did not gave me any prescription. He gave me medicine for a week. I think the medicine he gave me would be expensive. I took it for a day. I honestly could not believe my pain was gone and i slept very well. He said my stomach pain is not related to digestion or ulcers. I forgot what name of my stomach issue. Anyway, i completely recovered after i saw him. He is very nice and concerned about my wellbeing and wellness. I definitely trust him and now, my wife is seeing him too. Thank you Dr. Ansari. He is the best doctor and knowledgeable.

I’m a grandson of the 77 years old grandma. I received a call from my sister today for reading the comments of my grandma’s primary physician. I am a trauma surgeon in Kansas City, MO. I felt always sorry for my grandma not take care of and told my family never told Dr. Ansari about me and checking on my grandma’ care every time she visits her primary physician. The comments who wrote would be practicing medicine as physicians or who knows medicine. As far as I know most patients have health literacy levels are 4 th grade in the U.S. the patients know more than physicians about medical terminology? I heard that Fredericksburg where I was risen have so many new physicians and nurse practitioners. I am sure those comments from their jealousy toward to Dr. Ansari. I had never met him since I do not visit my mom except holidays, I have been told that he takes care my family in Fredericksburg beyond physicians. I can tell the comments from the new health care providers in Fredericksburg, VA.

I and my mother have been a patient for over 10 years with Dr. Ansari. I even can not say enough about him. He is the one of most caring doctors ever. My mom is 77 years old and have two intestinal surgeries due to cancer, he took care of her more than surgeon. One day, she had a chemotherapy ( we told him the schedule of the chemotherapy in INOVA) at the well visit of me, my mom received phone call from Dr. Ansari next day of chemotherapy when taking a rest in her bed, he asked how she feels , how chemotherapy went , and even he recommended nutrients for her. We were new to Fredericksburg 15 years ago, we had another family doctors. But, we switched to Dr. Ansari because my neighbors all see go to him. My mother and uncle said as soon as they saw Dr. Ansari, they feel like they just be cured and recovered. I think he has a healing power, which God gives special gifts to some people who has a good heart and caring nature. I read previous review, I am not try to defense the comments. As my family who has been taken care from Dr. Ansari, can say if he asked the patient About the hospice care, Dr. Ansari who is the one fight for your care which must take a place with the facility. Sometimes, we can not understand his accent or meaning of his speech, if he says something, all meaning is for taking care of his patients. My uncle moved to Richmond but, he still drives long hours to come see Dr. Ansari. He has a healing spiritual, does not charge much, and always asked about insurance status of my children to make sure his care to be paid. My friend’s young daughter received some stitches from Him, she got bills less than 5 percent compare to ERs. The young daughter was taken care of the emergency situation less than 5 minutes. I even do not understand why this clinics have negative comments. There are so many other new clinics in this areas (?) Dr. Ansari is the oldest doctor who takes care of us in Fredericksburg and doing good things for the community. I highly recommend this healer !

I will honestly state that I cannot personally speak to the quality of this facility’s services as a patient. However, I have witnessed firsthand that they choose to have any and all vehicles towed from “their” parking lot immediately upon closing, and I do mean immediately, even those spots at the complete far end of the lot, which are honestly easy to assume belong to another business. While there is a sign stating the lot is only for customers and under 24/7 tow service, it is visually obstructed by shrubbery. This disgraceful policy is undoubtedly the result of some financial agreement between the practice and the towing company, which also seems unscrupulous. The towing company, who’s impound lot is located in a fairly deserted area that would be terrifying to visit alone, only accepts cash (which is typically illegal, I cannot find a VA statute that allows tow companies to do this), and does not provide any kind of documentation or receipt of payment; essentially there’s no record that one’s vehicle is taken or then retrieved. This is unethical, and frankly, a practice that chooses to unnecessarily hassle people in such a way is clearly making foolish business decisions, and I would never trust them to make sound decisions for my well-being.

I went there on october 11th. I was having severe pain in right side, and having trouble getting my breath when i breathed in. First of all, i waited and waited, several people was taken back before me, i asked why, didnt really get answer, beat around the bush type answer. Then doctor did NOTHING but feel up and down my side and tell me i had a pulled muscle, and to take inflammation meds and some other med which i did for 2 days, NEVER GOT BETTER, ended up going to mary washington hospital on the sunday, 2 days later, to have a chest xray done , come back abnormal, then ct chest scan, showed LESIONS IN BOTH LUNGS!!! Long story short, i had a very rare and uncommon pnuemonia and was in the hospital for 9 days!!! That doctor there needs to go back to school. absolutley ridiculous!!! I had serious stuff going on, and he did NOTHING!! but cost me money and time, which was precious at this point!! Staff was rude, this place i would not recommend, and i will never go here again!! Someone needs to do some checking up on how satisfied patients are after coming here, cause that doctors diagnosis of a pulled muscle could have very well cost me my life!!!

The young lady at the front desk is greeting people chewing gum, so unprofessional.

Refused to see me until the other office called and explained how workers comp actually works. Wait time is ridiculous. Basically took xray and sent me away. No work note. Nothing. Best thing about this place is the xray tech. Jesus was great and the only positive thing about this place.
