The only good thing about this visit, is I got antibiotics. The experience was awful from start to finish. The receptionist was cold and uncaring. I was trying to find a pharmacy close, and there was no mention (until the Dr. said it at the end) of a pharmacy at the clinic. That wold have been really good to know, especially after trying to find a close/convenient pharmacy. How more convenient can you get then literally right there! The nurse who took me back was the same way, cold and uncaring. I spent 5 minutes going over medical history, meds etc. Which is typical, I just wish the Dr. would have actually looked at all of the info. Then the Dr. comes in, and is the most cold and uncaring dr. I have ever seen. The most unsympathetic man ever. Doesn't even look at me. Doesn't even look at my chart, because if he did, he would have seen the medications I was on and the reasons. Instead of looking, he asks me again all of the same questions, and then when I tell him the meds I am on, he belittles me and asks, "What are you on all of those for?!" I am only on a few, and the reasons are in my chart. He goes through my symptoms and does a quick exam. Says he thinks I just have a sinus infection, even though I have a nasty cough, trouble breathing, and my sinuses are the least of my concern. I tell him this, and he just brushes me off. Then as he is leaving, he says, go out and get your meds, so we can just get you out of here. Thanks for caring. Or not caring. I just hope the antibiotics he prescribed actually work for my cough and chest congestion and not just for the sinus infection, I don't even think I have. Long story short, avoid this place at all costs! The worst experience at a urgent care I have ever had. The entire staff couldn't care less, and I felt belittled and stupid. Avoid and go anywhere else! If you want an unsympathetic Dr. who doesn't even take the time to really understand what is going on, then go to Robert Duff. Worst Dr. ever!

We went to Primary health in Caldwell because my husband had the flu and he was coughing so much his chest was hurting. The doctor misdiagnosed him and gave him meds we had told her he was allergic to. 2 days later and much pain, we went to our regular doctor. She told us he had the flu and gave him medicine for the cough. 1 day later he is feeling 100% better.
