After being in the hospital for nine days for serious wound with tunnels abscess sepsis which I didn’t receive proper care for. I went to primary urgent care due to the wound wasn’t healing, My primary care doctor sent me to get care at urgent care and to also get a swab of the wound. The staff was sarcastic belligerent I asked for Care and they just stared at me showed them the wound which was open and bleeding and still is I asked for the swab and they looked at me like I had two heads, They took a swab said they will call me with the results and notify my doctor. They never did, and when I called to get the results I was hung up on I left messages and no one returned my phone calls. After six months now with multiple infections at once I tracked down the lab results. To find out I’ve had klebsiella pneumoniae and untreated it’s fatal especially due to I have polycythemia vera and congestive heart failure. I was never treated I’ve been to other places not knowing that I had klebsiella pneumoniae which they never diagnosed because I didn’t know the results. I’m now highly contagious and doctors hospitals will not touch me because no one ever informed me that I had a highly contagious hard to treat klebsiella pneumoniae. I’m angry my family is angry I am Suffering. How hard is it to notify a patient and prescribe the necessary treatment/antibiotics to prevent the patient from suffering consequences of a simple phone call to myself to my doctor in the pharmacy to call in the necessary anabiotic’s???

The front desk receptionist was slightly curt but I was taken in almost immediately and was out the door in less than 20 minutes so I can look past that.
