Didn’t feel well when I woke up got appointment very easily. Wait time in the office was pretty long considering no one was there. Took overnight panel for strep and respiratory. And still no results 3 days later. Not efficient office .

Made an appointment for my son who had fractured his wrist. I called to confirm the appointment and upon arrival the lady at the front desk goes, “ oh I forgot to tell you we don’t do X-rays here so after we see you we’ll have to send you to a different location for X-rays”. Like ok, you have all of my information on file why not call me to let me know before I start my 30 min drive to your location? I’m clearly telling you my son’s arm has a fracture and you want me to wait at your office to see the MD (this place doesn’t have actual doctors) to have them tell me his arm is fractured (something I already know) and have to pay you for a service that I already know is wrong. It’s giving “take their money, profit over patient”. Just waste of my time. Very disappointing

I was diagnosed with Shingles. Needless to say, I was worried about what was to follow. The P.A. was very understanding and helpful. Explained in detail what medicine was needed and what I should do at home. I was grateful for his knowledgeable help.
