Received a bill two years later, they had never submitted it to my insurance. Though the NP was nice, I would not recommend going here.

Didn’t feel well when I woke up got appointment very easily. Wait time in the office was pretty long considering no one was there. Took overnight panel for strep and respiratory. And still no results 3 days later. Not efficient office .

Made an appointment for my son who had fractured his wrist. I called to confirm the appointment and upon arrival the lady at the front desk goes, “ oh I forgot to tell you we don’t do X-rays here so after we see you we’ll have to send you to a different location for X-rays”. Like ok, you have all of my information on file why not call me to let me know before I start my 30 min drive to your location? I’m clearly telling you my son’s arm has a fracture and you want me to wait at your office to see the MD (this place doesn’t have actual doctors) to have them tell me his arm is fractured (something I already know) and have to pay you for a service that I already know is wrong. It’s giving “take their money, profit over patient”. Just waste of my time. Very disappointing

I was diagnosed with Shingles. Needless to say, I was worried about what was to follow. The P.A. was very understanding and helpful. Explained in detail what medicine was needed and what I should do at home. I was grateful for his knowledgeable help.

But There’s no way to view my culture results on a patient portal that’s why 3 stars

All was great except the in room waits took really long - was there 2 hours - RPA was fantastic

We waited for the PA to come in with results for almost an hour!

No wait, excellent care and good follow up.

There was no one there when I walked in. I had to call out multiple times until someone came to see what I needed. I had to wait for at least 10 minutes even though there weren't any other patients at the time. The waiting room floor was covered with dead leaves. When I finally got into a room, the nurse wrote down my stats on her glove rather than on paper or a computer. I was then seen by a nurse practitioner who gave me a barely cursory exam. He just listened to my breathing and declared I had a virus. He didn't take a look at my throat and I had to ask for him to check my ears. I was quickly sent on my way with a prescription for antibiotics. This visit did not seem worth my $40 copay. I will not be going back.
