Severe anti-depressant withdrawals because the doctor (not mine, they neglected to tell me my PCP had quit) would not answer his laptop or phone for nearly a week to approve prescription despite repeated attempts from my pharmacy to contact him. Aside from the doctor, the nurse could hardly remember who I was despite me desperately calling the office every 2-3 hours to see if the doctor had finally approved my prescription so I could stop suffering. When I finally dragged myself to the office to find out exactly what was going wrong with this process, the receptionist informed me it was too late to call the doctor at 4PM, but that when I would inevitably call back in the morning, I should do it a few hours after they open and not too early because she would "be busy" when she first got there, ignoring my cold sweat and visible shaking from the withdrawals. Possibly one of the worst experiences of my life, J.P. Wornock, M.D. and his staff are among the worst in the field, I can say that with confidence.
