My 2YOA has a gash on his lower lip. I called & the receptionist stated they do not have a long wait. I arrive 15 minutes later & waited approximately 45 minutes, 4 others were seen before my son. After waiting we were seen into a room. After another 15 minutes, the nurse sees my son & says he will need stitches. After waiting another 10 minutes, she comes into the room to tell me that they do not have the tools they require to perform stitches on a 2YOA & referred me to the ER. This is not the first time I have come across poor quality in care from this urgent care. Either be equipped with the tools needed to make minor procedures such as STITCHES, or don’t call yourself an urgent care. Absolutely embarrassing of a medical facility.

I came in for some me issues I've been having with my left ear and upper jaw on that side, as well as trouble swallowing w neck and throat pain that gets worse when I eat and drink. I was a walk-in, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I got taken back to a room quickly and talked to the assistant who took my temp/blood pressure and asked me about my symptoms. They were very personable as well. I had to wait for a while for the nurse to come in and diagnose but not to a point where it felt egregious. Unfortunately my experience went downhill from here. I don't know the name of the woman who diagnosed me, I was told one of 2 people would be seeing me when I checked in at the front desk but she didn't introduce herself when she walked in so I'm not sure. She was a middle aged blonde woman with glasses and bangs straight across her forehead. She seemed to fixate on the part of my issue related to my ear (that was the only thing she checked apart from feeling my neck a bit) and was dismissive of my jaw pain and trouble swallowing. She did not address my symptoms getting worse when I eat or drink whatsoever. Her diagnosis was that I had some fluid buildup in my ear and nearby sinuses due to allergies/cold weather. She also started making up symptoms that fit that diagnosis and assigned me treatments based on those imaginary symptoms, even if I refuted them. 1 example: she suggested treating the affected areas with heat and said "when you take a hot shower, you hear the fluid in your ear crackling and making noise right?" When I said no, taking a hot shower generally makes the pressure in my ear worse with none of that she said, "that's probably just the fluid trying to move around." Another example: she said she would prescribe Flonase to "help dry up my sinuses and relieve the congestion I'm feeling" (I never brought up congestion) I said I wasn't really congested but brought up a completely different feeling in my sinuses where it felt open and raw/sensitive occasionally which she left completely unaddressed. Similarly, when I mentioned the feeling in my throat with trouble swallowing she said "I don't feel any lumps, I think that's just the fluid buildup" with no elaboration. The final treatment she recommended was to rub Vicks vaporub under /around my ears where I felt pressure and to take an allergy pill everyday, along with the flonase she prescribed. Considering my issues started in my throat before moving to my ear/jaw, I have low hopes for this course of treatment, although I have started it regardless. She said to come back in 2-3 weeks if the issues fail to subside, so I imagine I will be back. I hope my symptoms will be considered in their entirety.

I had a recurring issue with itchy eyes and recovering from pink eye and allergies. When I checked in, the person at the window first asked if she could help me - and seemed out of by it - then continued to type on the computer without taking any of my information. I heard the staff in the back laughing and carrying on like they weren't at at urgent care place. It's one thing to talk, but they were louder than they should have been, in my opinion. I won't go back to this facility.

I checked in at a different location with 24 people in front of me so looked for an available appointment at another location. Was able to get in 40 minutes later.  Worth the additional 20 minute drive.  All staff was great. Highly recommend.

My primary care physician had saw me for the same condition and it hadn’t helped. In fact what she had recommended was making my condition worse and had I not gone to the walk in clinic I would continue with my suffering thank you so much for helping me I am already feeling much better and I wish I didn’t wait months to get a second opinion
