This was the first time visiting and the staff and Dr Elvis were very friendly and cool. I received excellent care and all my questions were answered. It was nice to visit a Dr' office that made me feel so comfortable that I was able to joke around with them and still receive professional care. A sense of humor is a wonderful thing and they showed it, yet still acted professional. I'll come here again for sure if need be. 😊 A+ I definitely recommend Priority Urgent Care!!

Cut my finger something awful the night before my appointment. I attempted to go to the emergency room that same night, and it was filthy in there so I left. Scheduled an appointment online with this urgent care. There were a few people in there but the wait was minimal, every single staff member I interacted with was polite and professional. I would definitely recommend.

It was easy to book an appointment. When we arrived wait ti.e was very short. The staff was very professional and kind. The person who seen my husband was great. I had questions because I was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphona and starting Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy this week. I was worried about getting the Respiratory Virus. She co firmed I was doing the correct things to prevent it from happening. Very happy with the service

Had an outstanding experience. I normally have to travel to Connecticut for a Priority urgent care facility, because the urgent care in my hometown, which was replaced by Priority, was horrible. Today’s experience was like night and day. Excellent staff both in the front office and medical. Was in to see a medical professional only five minutes after my scheduled appointment, and felt confident in her diagnosis. The front office staff was very cordial and friendly. Made me feel like I was dealing with friends instead of a business. Will recommend to everybody

DO NOT COME HERE. Went in because my kidney was hurting and was told I was constipated, after I told her nicely I didn’t think that was the problem the doctor rudely told me she will not “argue with me” and what would I like for her to do because she “didn’t know what to tell me” other then to drink water and take laxative to poop. I went straight to the Holyoke hospital emergency room and I did have a bad kidney infection. Would not recommend this place!!

Thank you!! I thought I had successfully scheduled my appointment online. Clearly I was mistaken. I was advised that although they were completely booked for the day, they would see me in between appointments. While waiting, I listened to the staff. They were very upbeat joking and laughing amongst themselves. Everyone that entered was treated very well. I was able to be seen rather quickly , which I greatly appreciated.  It was such a positive experience. Thanks again.
