Not going to return! I still don't know what is wrong with me. The front desk secretary said I need to pay again for my results. My insurance is very good so this place is trying to squeeze as much as possible out my insurance.

Wait time and staff were friendly. The care I received, I could have just saved the time and gas and googled what to do. Sad to say it’s hard to find real caring people in healthcare anymore. People just get a degree to get paid nowadays. Probably better if you’re sick just to stay home and not seek help the internet can already do.

I was impressed with how I was treated. I’m a long way from home and the service was top notch. They accepted my military VA insurance without question. Thank you!

I scheduled my visit online, completed my forms and uploaded my insurance information. When I arrived, I had to listen the front office staff talk about a patient. It wasn't positive. After about 20-25 minutes they asked for my insurance information. I let them know it was uploaded and got no response. When I was taken back the MA was so kind and professional. The provider, Marissa looked at my throat and left ear, then told me I just need to take some allergy medicine then walked out of the exam room. Today I can't even swallow my own spit without pain, my lymphnodes are still swollen and painful. I want to go back because this is the first time I have experienced this but my trust is broken. I'll have to wait until next week to see my primary now
