If I could give them ZERO stars I would! It was absolutely terrible. The doctor didn’t want to call in or electronic my prescription even tho there was an hour and a half left until the pharmacy closed. I sat in a room for over an hour. The nurse was dumping trash and trying to close the office and I was still waiting for over 20 min for my prescription. The nurse handed me a paper copy even tho I asked multiple times for it to be filled. When I left she let me know that if there was a problem with my paper prescription they would be closing and wouldn’t be able to help me. She advised me to wait until tomorrow to fill my prescription which is ridiculous. Needless to say when I arrived at the pharmacy they forgot to check who the provider was and the pharmacy could NOT fill my prescription. It was almost as though they did it on purpose. And the worst part was when they finally let me leave, they had all the lights turned off and I could barely see as I walked out of the building. I also had to walk to my car in the dark which is near the bike path and is known for homeless people and violence. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with my treatment today.

Staff was friendly and understanding with my autistic daughter and were quick to get her taken care of.

My experience with this facility was amazing this time around. Dr. Gloria assisted my 2 younger boys and listened to every concern we had regarding our boys. She took her time to thoroughly check them out. On another note, the facility was clean.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen! Staff was friendly. Only negative was that they did not physically assess me and my symptoms. They only took vitals and my verbal symptoms and diagnosed me from there. Felt a little inadequate, but I got the needed medication to treat anyways.

It was a long wait time but I was told it would be lol but other than that it was great. Thank you.
