I was able to schedule an appointment online for my husband on our way home from babysitting grandchildren out of town.  Check in was easy and staff were friendly and efficient, even though we were the last visitors there.  The doctor was thorough and pleasant. We left with a diagnosis and a prescription for an appropriate cough medicine.

Scheduled an appointment for 2:45pm and was not seen until 3:50pm.  Walk-ins on the chart were taken in before me.  Receptionist mentioned they were busy and had emergencies….if that is the case then please don’t accept more appointments… Care was fine from aid and PA-C but only really prompt thing about the experience was getting called up to make sure I paid my copay.

This is my go to clinic for a reason. I have many choices within a 5 mile radius. On line scheduling, professional staff, clean environment. PA Fletcher is my favorite. Although everyone I have been treated by has been very good. I forget her name, but she is the receptionist and x-ray tech, also very good.
