Went twice and each time I was told it was a common cold, even though we were on day 5 with a 102 fever. My normal doctor took one look this morning and diagnosed a sinus infection and meds have already begun to clear up the infection. Last visit to this place.

Overall I am very frustrated with my experience. I went in due to right sided abdominal and back pain believing I had a UTI that traveled to my kidney. Once I gave my urine sample they told me that there were no leukocytes or WBCs so that there probably wasn’t an infection at all. However, due to me being type-1 diabetic the results came back showing some glucose. The providing doctor made it seem like an emergency that I must go to the ER, without trying to find the issue behind my severe pain. After all of this, I then went to the ED where they laughed when I said I was sent there for DKA when I looked perfectly normal. I then spent 10 HOURS there for them to tell me that I in fact DID have a UTI that traveled to my kidneys and for them to prescribe antibiotics. All things that should have been done during my appointment with this urgent care! Especially the fact that the results from my urine dip showed very HIGH counts of both leukocytes and WBCs. Making me believe the Dr. did not really care about treating me at all. I would not recommend this provider.

I've been coughing really bad for a week. Made an appointment, which was very easy, check in went very well. The doctor took good care of me, he told me things that no other doctor has. Things that will help me now and in the future. Very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend going here.
