When I came to check in, the front desk staff were not really friendly, like usual.  The tone in the voice is what surprised me.  Usually, they are nice and friendly but not this time.

Daughter still had an ear infection. Christine mentioned to us that her left ear was healing and that her right side was full of liquid. She prescribed drops for her ear. They were nice, friendly, everyone was very informative. Love this Urgent Care.

I developed another UTI and was feeling miserable. I was so happy to see you were open on Sunday of a holiday weekend! I scheduled an appointment and was seen by caring and professional staff. They treated my problem and I was feeling much better today!

My daughter had an earache. Made an appointment online. We went to the urgent care and there was no wait. The receptionist was nice and very pleasant. Mrs. Susan was very informative, checked her ear and told us that she had an infection. So she send the prescription to our local CVS and went home. Very good experience every time we go to this urgent care. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a medical attention.

I  went this morning to be seen and tested for possible tickborne illnrss, ie Lyme Disease. Both nurse and PA were very thorough and pleasant, and now I am tucked up in bed feeling crummy but better for having send the doctor and figuring things out. Office staff was also very friendly and helpful. I went relatively early but only a 5 minute wait..
