Made an appointment the same day online and went right in when I got there. Testing took 10 minutes and I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Thanks everyone!

This is my go to urgent care. However, my last visits were not as usual. The nurse who took my vitals was chatting with the receptionist for almost 10 minutes before bringing me to the room. The physician seems to lack empathy and made comments in the past such as "I am not in the business of theoretics" or "If I had a fast solution, I would never be sick."

I went in with extreme pain in my shoulder, following a popping sound when moving my chair. The "provider" (he didn't say if he was a doctor or whatever) said it was the sound of my muscle and tendon hitting together. (??##!!?? Huh!) He prescribed an Arthritis cream. Which has not helped at all. No xray was taken. I have an urgent care close to my house but choose your facility knowing you do have xray equipment there. This pain is not caused by arthritis and has only become worse. Now I have to find someplace to have an xray taken and someone to drive me. Nice.

Doctor was great.  Very attentive. I explained what my ailment is to him and he came up with a strategic approach that I was very pleased with.  The assistant was also great.
