The person that called me to get my copay info was literally falling asleep as he spoke wish me. Was a bit concerning.

I felt heard, understood and trusted to know my body. That doesn’t sound like a lot but it’s everything to me—considering I’ve had a chronic condition for a long time.

Everythis was wonderful start to finish! My daughter started going here last year, and now I’m following suit. This place is amazing. The PA was so friendly and kind. It was so easy to schedule. There was zero wait time I am very pleased.

I was able to schedule an evening hours virtual visit. The PA was honest, to the point, and listened to my concerns. I would recommend them again.

Needed to be seen for some sinus congestion. Made an appointment for a virtual appointment. Waited 20 mins in the virtual waiting room until I had to call and they weren’t aware there was a virtual appointment. Was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. Filled out the pharmacy contact info on the pre visit paperwork. Went to get the script 2 hours later and there was nothing. Tried calling back to talk to someone and it was another hour process to get in touch with someone until they realized it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. PA was helpful and kind, but organization of the appointment and getting a script was frustrating and much harder than it should have been.

I wanted to have this virtual because of a urinary infection..everything about the appt. Was good.

Doctor I spoke with was awesome. She knew what she was talking about. Very nice and she didn't make me feel rushed.

NO ONE GOT ON THE CALL!! Please don’t charge me!! I was on for 50 minutes and then it said book another call and gave me no options.

It was hard cause the doctor didnt know exactly what i have!  But gave me meds for the problem!
