I was able to get in first thing Sunday morning. Not feeling well I was met with the most nasty office person. She was so rude and stressed that she raised my BP level higher than ever. The saving grace was the nurse and the doctor. The doctor was wonderful. He was through, attentive and listened closely. I would absolutely reommend the provider. This would have been a 5 star but the front desk person brings no value to the office! She needs to find her niche this office is not it.

The girl who did my blood work was super sweet and amazing. However one of the front desk ladies who walked in after I was checked in and already talking to someone about what I needed done, she was very rude and told me I couldn’t get blood work unless they had a paper from the doctor which I was never told on the phone when I booked the appointment

Everything was fine but typical urgent care…. You go in there and they just look at you no testing no nothing, just say “probably a bug keep being sick a few more days”…. Then what??

I would not go there again for one reason only. The Xray technician didn’t know how to read Xray. Told me I had BROKEN MY WRIST. I was put in a very long soft cast. Sent to orthopedic surgeon who read the xray. I have sprain. NO BREAK. It was arthritis that technician was seeing!!    Everything else was very good from desk to APRN. Wish I was looked at by DOCTOR.
