Unexpected pain and swelling needed wound care, booked appointment online. Arrived to office with virtually no wait time. Staff was welcoming & clinical staff clearly explained selected treatment and why it was best option, and my Rx's were ready when I got to the pharmacy!

No relief from gout meds & steroid prescribed for suspected gout.  Heading back for bloodwork and possibly imaging of hand.

I walked in just after opening. I was finished about an hour and 45 mins later. That may be normal but I imagined that it would not have taken that long.

I was a walk-in patient and I was seen fairly quickly. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I went in for chest congestion, tightness and wheezing. The Physician Assistant diagnosed me fairly quickly and did not take an X-ray of my chest to make sure I didn’t have pneumonia or liquid in my lungs. I felt kind of rushed. I’ve been there several times before and have never had a complaint but this time I didn’t feel like the care was sufficient.

Med assistant was friendly and compassionate. Man that actually treated me was brief and seemed in a hurry. Seemed annoyed that he was called in. Rest of the visit was very good.
