What patients are saying...

3.0

I came to urgent care with lung tightness when taking deep breaths, a headache, sneezing, and mucus, suspecting an early respiratory illness or pneumonia. My significant other, who is male, has similar symptoms. Despite lacking key signs of a blood clot, the doctor focused entirely on that possibility after learning I was on birth control. An EKG, which came back normal, was ordered, but my respiratory concerns were dismissed, and I was left without a plan to manage my symptoms. Now, I’m facing an unnecessary EKG bill on top of a high copay. While exercising caution is appreciated, this approach felt unbalanced and unhelpful. Instead of practical care for my symptoms, the experience left me frustrated and unclear on next steps. Please ensure a more thorough and balanced approach to patient care in the future.

Walked in and was greeted immediately. Was seen by physician soon after. She was very professional and had a great personality, excellent doctor patient communication skills. Hopefully I won't have to go back, but I would go back here if I needed to.
