My son woke up coughing, had sore throat, I have taken him there before and they have been wonderful. When they have to prescribe a prescription, I have never had an issue or had to go back. They are wonderful people there

Wife and I took toddler in for possible strep throat.  PA Mike and tech (unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she was working Saturday afternoon, 12/14) were both very friendly to all 3 of us.  My daughter responded very well to their pleasant approach and they even gave her a treat to go home with.   Oh and the woman working the desk was great, too.   Happy holidays!

I fell on my shins 10 days ago, they are so tender to touch so lightly even, They took X-rays and said there were no broken bones and no blood clots, Jerilyn was very professional and gave me a referral to an orthopedic and suggested to have an mri or Ct scan to make sure of other inner injuries… I was in and out of there in a half hour… all the staff were very pleasant, I would go there again in a minute and I live 30 minutes away .

This was my first visit to the walk-in medical center. I was very pleased from the receptionist to the nurse that handled my visit especially with the PA (Gabriel) that took care of me.  He had a great bedside manner along with his professional care of my problem. I would recommend them to anyone needed urgent care.

I came in to have a splinter removed and after having an X-ray was told I have to go see a specialist that can take me in a week or two so basically I can’t walk for a week until it’s removed- this was a waste of time and money

I had work until 5pm so I was not able to get to the urgent care until around 6pm. Did not think it would be a problem since the business hours state they are open until 8pm. I get there, fill out the paperwork, and am told to go to the waiting room when I️ sit down and immediately someone comes and says “don’t get too comfortable, let’s go.” Ok a little rude but no big deal. I️ get into the room and am immediately rushed, did not even get through all of my symptoms when the provider was like “you have bronchitis” and then said I’m all set and she will prescribe me something. The total visit time was 2 minutes long. How would you be able to diagnose that quickly? Fast forward to her not telling me what was prescribed, I️ get to the doctor and they give me a medicine that’s meant to treat severe pneumonia and gonorhea. I️ have HORRIBLE side effects and honestly I feel way worse after going to this urgent care.
