Didn't seem to euthanized to speak to me and the antibiotic given was I had before and never worked so now I get to suffer with this UTI

The provider that I scheduled with was rushing me. Felt like she didn’t care.

No one video called me, been in waiting room for an hour

Son had broken out from mosquito bites.  Doctor was very responsive towards him and asked both of us questions. Made sure we had all questions answered before leaving call. Was able to diagnose very quickly and send in meds needed quickly for treatment.

Was ecstatic to find solve had a virtual clinic and available after hours. The wait time not too bad and the and the staff was attentive and friendly sufficient in getting medication as needed.

Son was throwing up all night was able to get in very early and get some treatment thank you so much

Was not happy that I paid the fee and was told that because I was techecking in with my bladder infection and needed more meds that they could not help me and I had to go to urgent care .  It was not the fault of the attending Care provider but I don’t feel I should be charged for a 18 second visit with no help.
