The nurse practitioner that seen me was amazing she was very thorough with her approach to treatment me and was able to prescribe me a medicine to help me heal. The process was super simple and effective! Would definitely recommend!

The wait time was long but I really liked the doctor.  She was super patient and I think got me on the right path as she knew how bad I was.    So far so good with the plan.

Went swimming over the weekend noticed yesterday that both of my ears were hurting. Woke up this morning in the worst pain I’ve experienced in a long time. Opened my Solv app, chose the virtual appointment option and shortly after my scheduled appointment I was connected to the virtual appt, talked about my problems, and prescribed the medicine I need to hopefully get my ears right! I would definitely recommend

Jessica Pulliam( PA) didn’t  care about how I was feeling. She continued to say take over the counter meds for my sore throat and nose drainage. She refused to prescribe me any medication  for my illness. The call was useless. No one goes to a doctor or a virtual call to just talk. If that were the case I would have contacted my local Pharmacist at CVS. I would never recommend this provider.

When you don’t feel good you want to bee seen quickly. This is what happened Sunday night and I was so grateful. It was easy to schedule the appointment and I was seen promptly.

I waited over 30 when supposedly I was the next patient. The doctor lectured me on "why I wasn't sick". Dr Potter seemed as if he already decided what the "treatment" would be before I even spoke. He didn't listen to me when I told him I get sinus infections periodically. And to make things work you are out of network. Extremely disappointing and frustrating

Doctor was incredibly kind, wait time was a little bit long but when you’re in the comfort of your own home it’s not bad! Would recommend
