Everything was great with the doctor and the care. Once I got off the phone I can’t find any record of our appointment and the prescriptions she said she was doing for me are not anywhere.  Please help and I will change my review

Woke up with some concerning congestion and made a same day appointment.

Really appreciated the ability to talk to doctor directly and with a reasonable wait after scheduling and checking in on the app. Our provider was a wonderful doctor and answered all our questions and was very kind in sharing her thinking on the diagnosis. Really also appreciated she gave us the clear guardrails of what to look for as a threshold to take him in to be seen in person. Would absolutely recommend this provider.

No one ever came on the line.

Doctor was great. Making the appointment was very difficult, required multiple entries of the same information in multiple places. Waiting was over an hour, with no updated eta provided. Clearly your appointment time is not an actual time, but the point at which you enter a queue. I would have chosen to go to an in person provider had I been properly informed of the appointment/wait time eta.
