Only thing irritating is I was a member there before. you already had my information and when I checked in online and clicked paperwork there was only a few prefilled pages, I filled it out really quickly but then when I got there, I had to fill out more paperwork. It would’ve been nice to have been able to do more of that on the app as opposed to paper and pen.

Had complications from a virus and developing bronchitis. They saw me quickly and were friendly helpful and gave me the care that I needed. The offices are very, very clean and orderly and everyone attends to you very quickly. Each I have visited there, I am very satisfied with the treatment. I actually get care better care here then at any doctor's office in the Rochester area. All of the PAs/doctors at this Rochester office are wonderful.
