Quick and easy!

I waited an hour to get swabbed. I was told to wait in my car and they would call me. After 20 mins of waiting I got a text to join a video visit and was prompted to give my number to receive a verification code. Never got a code and after 30 mins of waiting someone finally contacted me. While I was in for my swan I saw someone behind the desk pull her mask down to talk to coworkers. No cleaning between patients. At least they were friendly.

The staff were very friendly, but it was overshadowed by the fact that the intake paperwork is through a third party and a 2 minute test took all of 35 minutes. Filling out initial paperwork and uploading card photos shouldn’t even be an option if the staff there don’t have access to it. I could’ve planned my time accordingly and am very disappointed in the processing system. As a healthcare worker I understand it’s not the staff’s fault and want to make it clear that I put no fault on them.
