Even with a confirmed appointment the wait time was 2 hours and 30 minutes. I should have been called in advance to reschedule or cancel the appointment. When we arrived we were told that the wait will be around 30 to 60 minutes. It was 150 minutes. The doctor was so angry at the world that was A) hissing at people and B) as unkindly and unfriendly to a child as a person can be. Also, you never fail to send us a $195 bill, but never received a copy of the recap of the visit.

I called and was told no appointment necessary just walk in.. I walked in saw no patience waiting and signed the paperwork and the young female with florescent pink hair said ,wait in your car, we will call you in when we're ready.. After 55 minutes, and watching people come and go, I went in and said, Are you sure you have my correct phone number.. She said go wait in your car! Nasty... Outside another woman pulled up ,went inside .. was gone for 20 minutes and came out.. so I asked her did she get a covid test? she said yes, I said did you have an appointment? ,she said no. I wished her luck. I Went back inside and asked the fluorescent headed female ,why that woman came in after me got the test I'm asking for without an appointment and she's already leaving? ...she ignored me, got up and left her desk... I waited 1 hour and 53 minutes...For The RAPID TEST.. I know several other people who have had bad treatment at the desk by the same Florescent pink headed young female, I've been here many times for myself and my children, The 2 other women I have dealt with there are very nice..this happened on Sunday 10/31/21 I signed in at 11:44 am ..walked out at 2:07. This person should not be in the healthcare industry.

The person at the desk really tried to be helpful but they couldn't see my brother as they no longer take his insurance. This is despite the "welcome all" sign they have outside. Call first!

I normally have a great experience. The nurse was lovely. The doctor stood in the doorway to talk to me. Did not examine me. Just asked questions in the open doorway.

The worst experience ever, The doctor on call had no idea what she was doing. She suggested that I go to the ER instead of doing her job and checking what was actually wrong with me. Went to a city MD and turned out that I had an infection that could’ve been picked up by the doctor if she would know how to do her job, you should hire people that want to work there and want to do their job not lazy people like that doctor that I had , she was an Indian doctor didn’t even Introduce her self to the patient shows how professional she is .

The front desk staff is rude. Every time I have been there or called it’s horrible. I walked in yesterday and the 2 girls at the desk were having a conversation and did not stop to acknowledge me. If it wasn’t for convenience I would never go there.
