I waited hours to get seen but the staff is SO good and nice. It’s obvious they are working so much that I really had no problem

When I walked in I was given a wait time of 1 hour. I waited 2 1/2 hours because we were told they were understaffed and only had 1 physician working. Then because I did a rapid Covid and strep test I did not receive a PIN to access my lab results on the patient portal. I attempted several times to call to receive my results and also an email confirmation of my positive strep test so I could notify my work but nobody answered the phone. I then had to get out of bed again to go back over there for a printout of my results. The staff was completely incompetent and not helpful

It was fine I guess but my appointment for a Covid test was at 3 and I was tested after 4 pm. I only got it like out of an abundance of caution after hearing someone at my job got it so for someone who had no symptoms and barely any contact with someone with Covid it was really barely worth the wait for a 10 second test. I pieced together that people had to wait in the room for their rapid test results if they were symptomatic so I guess that’s why things went so slow but like it was insane the wait.

I went to get a Rapid COVID test, my appointment was for 11, but I didn't get in until 11:45, which is understandable. Once my test was done, they told me to wait in the room for the doctor to come in with the results within the next 20 minutes. I waited nearly an hour. Eventually, I was so hot that I opened the door to let some air in, when the aid saw I was still there. She asked if anyone saw me,, I said no. She then told me my test was negative and I should leave. I asked for the doctor, because I had symptoms that I wanted to address, she replied that I may have to wait another hour, but she'll have someone call me later that day. No one called.

The staff at the Carroll Gardens location is nothing short of exceptional. They are so friendly and warm especially with my daughter who is three and can be nervous.

The facility is fine but I waited 4 days for PCR test results. They never called or emailed the results when they came in. I had to follow up. This should be much faster and easier.
