DO NOT get your COVID-19 tests here. This is no shot to the doctor but rather the staff and the lab they work with. I came to get my coronavirus test on June 29, 2020 and was told to expect my results within 3-5 days. After calling on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th day, still no results (the nurse Bobby explained I should have it by the 9th day). On the 9th day, another nurse sarcastically explained it could take up to two weeks for results and they would call me when it’s ready. Not once did she ask about my progressing symptoms I had reported earlier or try to be empathetic. Meanwhile, my peers have all gotten tested and received their results within 2-3 days at other health orgs. On the 11th day of waiting on results, I asked why it’s taking so long so the said she had to “log” into the lab system to figure out what’s wrong. What really happened was she put me on hold and gave the phone to the same, rude nurse I spoke to on the 9th day who gave me her sarcastic script of the results will take two weeks and we will call you. It is now day 14 since I got tested and still no results and no call back. This clinic is underprepared and un-equipped to handle this pandemic. I could understand this wait time if we were at the height of the pandemic back in March but by now, many health orgs are able to provide results within 3-5 days - some even sooner!! Their staff lacks empathy, the lab is slow and probably lost my sample. I’m fairly positive I had covid given my symptoms but at this point, by the time I get my results, the virus would have ran its course. Coming here was a waste of time and energy.

I went in to get a physical and drug test done for my job. Receptionist did not even try to look up my information in the system to see if they had the paper work to do my physical but all along she just had to go into the computer under the account I’m working for and print them out. Very bad customer service. Will not suggest anyone to go there. Went to concord facility where the staff was very friendly and got me in and out with no problems. Concord even looked into it as in to why they did not take my service. Thanks Concord
