Doctor was prompt and right on target  Staff was courteous and helpful office was clean

Best urgent care around!  Scheduled a very last minute appt for a cough. I was pleasantly greeted, checked in and seen immediately. The doctor addressed all my questions and he had such a great bedside manner. Feeling better already! Thanks for everything!

I never go to the doctor until the last minute... mostly because I hate the process. First time here and this was as easy as it gets. The NP was fabulous. Answered all my questions and worked out perfect. Paperwork requests were simple to complete online before showing up. Prescriptions filled in less than one hour. Could not have worked out better.

It was easy to schedule and the wait time was just long enough to give my newer insurance card at the desk.  I was seen right away and everyone was very pleasant and professional.  I was questioned and listened to for my evaluation in a very patient and attentive manner. Service was prompt but not rushed which I appreciated.

I had a very bad toothache and my cheak was swollen. The nurse and doctor were very nice. The doctor gave e the right medications and I am feeling better now. I appreciate your help. Thank you!

Check-in was quick and easy. The nurse had diagnostics running before I even entered the exam room. The Dr was really personable and thorough. I was in and out in minutes and feeling 100x better before bed that night. I couldn't be happier about my experience!

I’ve been coughing and had chest congestion for a couple of weeks.  Dr. Islam was diligent, competent and caring.  He examined me thoroughly and put my mind at ease when he found my lungs clear.  I learned a great deal from him during this visit.  Excellent doctor!

Have had an annoying cough for couple weeks. Was impressed w Lauren Petry, PA that checked my lungs & determined I have an upper respiratory infection. She prescribed 2 meds. Offices & bathroom were very clean. The only 3 issues was trying to hear the staff member behind the plexiglass. She was helpful though. Also I called later to have my visit summary emailed to me. I thought it would have automatically been sent. Waiting for bill even though I submitted my insurance cards. Would have liked to know my co-pay then.
