The nurse was out so the wait time was over an hour. There were other patients who got upset, but what can you do? The staff and doctor were friendly and very apologetic about the longer than usual wait. Minus the long wait, great experience and would definitely return. Also loved they were playing the Antiques Roadshow in the waiting room. So much better than the usual loud talkshow or depressing news.

My son woke up this morning with a sore throat and not feeling well and was able to book an appointment that same day. Doctor Islam was great he did the necessary testing he reassured my son. We were in and out within 30 minutes with prescription. Would definitely recommend!

I wasn’t feeling well at work. My coworker suggested that I go to PromptMD. She called ahead of time to check on the wait time and I was pleased once we arrived that there was only one person in the waiting room. The P.A. was very friendly and attentive. I then met with Dr. Christine Tavares, who was very professional, friendly and very attentive to my concerns. She was exceptional and I left feeling much better after my visit with her. I highly recommend Dr. Tavares and her staff!
