this particular location is always very good with scheduling and getting you into a room quickly and straightforward care from friendly people. The entire staff has always been great and I'm always happy with the service that I get there. They also have always prescribed me with the proper medication's to get my sickness under control when needed. Highly recommended facility overall.

When I called to find out if they were open, the girl told me it would be a 45 minute wait but it turned out to be 25. I wish she would’ve explained to me that I could’ve made an appointment. I didn’t find out about that until I got down there Other than that everyone was very kind.

I was a walk-in to the JC location but receptionist suggested the Hoboken location due to the long wait. She even helped to facilitate the transfer over after I completed the forms. The staff at Hoboken were great and very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall wait time was not bad considering the increase in cases and being a holiday.

Amazing staff, wonderful warm provider. My child was extremely anxious and crying. Everyone put her at ease. Provider gave an assessment and even recommended we go see a specialist, non urgency.
