CDL physical was smooth no wait time doctor was awesome very good experience it was my first time there good choice by my company Academy bus

Loved the PA, she was helpful and knowledgeable, followed up and was super friendly

Everything went very well on the handling of my knee wound. However, the self stick bandaging didn’t really hold, even though it was pressed tightly to adhere. It would peel away without fabric, touching it. Also, the gauze moved because it was on a spot where the body moves a lot. (the kneecap). I think maybe a different type of bandage is needed for that area but I would definitely return because of the quality of care I received otherwise.

Everyone was caring, not rushing,listening. I ve spend 7h in emergency and didn t get all my answers. I got my answers with Victoria at Prompt in no time. She is fantastique, explicite so caring, I would recommande her my eyes closed. We need more people like Victoria. I Recommend.

To expensive to me I recommend but a good insurance

I walked right in and was greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist. There was a bit more check-in process than I hoped for, especially since I'd been a patient before, but the care I received was worth it. The PA was very thorough in assessing and blew me away with her extensive knowledge of general things. My hope, though, was that there would've been more regarding my reason for coming by. There was definite reluctance to say much about symptoms related to a long hospital stay for brain surgery. I understand, though, that maybe an Urgent Care facility isn't meant for patients with these sort of issues. I was just native in hoping they could be. Also, I wish there would've been more resources like MRI's and ultrasounds. Spending the time to make an appointment only to be told to see someone else was a little disappointing.

I was in and out within 20 minutes. The care was very good and the results were good.

The physician was very kind and caring. She let me explain several problems to her and gave me solutions. Such a thorough exam . I’ve been to this urgent care several times and just recently had a TeleMed visit always excellent, I’m so glad they are there

I went in because I wasn’t feeling good and omg they are such wonderful and good working doctors and nurses and staff! They treated me so well I was shocked but not shocked for the simple fact everytime i come here for a visit i leave happy and feeling better than i entered!! Thank you Doctor and Thank you nurses your hard work never goes unnoticed especially from the patients!

This was my third visit here and every time has been great. My wait time has been very quick and each doctor I’ve seen was extremely helpful and detailed. I would highly recommend this urgent care
