*This is my original review from google, which the clinic reported and then replaced it with a fake positive comment a few minutes later. * “They claim to have no X Ray Tech, No IVS. I am from out of state and went in yesterday after feeling like I was having a heart attack. They made it seem like my symptoms were not very serious and told me my insurance was invalid. Although I didnt have my card at the time they did offer me self pay, but honestly the vibe in there seemed like they didnt want me in there to begin with because they closed in an hour. Front desk seems a bit judgmental, not sure why. I may have been in my work clothes, and really dirty from work, but I feel that if I went in dressed down with a button up shirt, and my finest slacks they wouldve had the hospital bed waiting for me in the lobby ready for my checkup. The lady behind the counter assumed that I was having “heat problems” and even walked past me to get a water bottle saying “its hot out there”. After cooling down I felt better, but still felt tightness in my chest, after waiting and them half ass giving me service, I decided to risk it all the way to Milwaukee. Today I got an EKG at my regular clinic where they welcome patients with open arms, and found out that I have excessive fluid build up around my heart muscle. The people at prompt med even offered me to come in the next day although I stated multiple times that I am from out of state and would like a check up because I needed immediate help. Clearly they weren't listening to me, not one bit. After reading similar reviews, if you guys realized that getting into this field actually means you have to save lives and help people then that also means that you more than likely have to stay overtime like any regular job. And if I get a smart ass comment on here, then damn oh nooo you got me. Hahaha Just imagine where your career is heading with these loser ass responses to comments about your horrible customer service.” If you look at the owners responses to negative reviews, you will see just how unprofessional they are.

First visit here , michaeleen was fantastic, very calming mannerism and reassuring , can’t say enough good things about her . Very glad we chose to go to Antioch promptmed.

The phone number to call to schedule a Covid19 test cycles through the message twice then hangs up on you - I tried 10 times over the course of an hour. No way to leave a message to get a call back and there is no on-line booking available. I had to drive in just to make an appointment. They wouldn't let me talk to them to make an appointment, I had to call another number from the parking lot. I couldn't get another appointment until the next day. Then, I had to sit in the parking lot for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time - they clearly overbooked. This is all this facility does, only Covid19 testing, I would think they would have a better idea of the turnaround time. The person that finally got around to doing my test told me I would have my results by Saturday evening. She outright lied. She knew I would not get my test results on "Saturday evening" because the lab they send it to is not even open on Saturdays or Sundays. Here it is Monday, 4 days later, and still no test results. I went with this facility because they claimed results in 24-48 hours. The email they gave me to contact the lab after 48 hours came back as undeliverable, in other words, a fake email address. The phone number they gave me to contact the lab is not the same company as that indicated in the email they provided, probably why it came back as undeliverable. I cannot get an actual person on the phone at the lab and they have not responded to the messages I sent. If I do in fact have Covid19, it is important to know so that contact tracing can be done and my doctor will better know how I should be treated. The practices of this company is irresponsible and unacceptable. I'm not sure how they stay in business. I wasn't sure how to rate bedside manner or staff friendliness since they outwardly appeared friendly, but yet they lied right to my face...

The Dr listened to all of my symptoms and gave a through exam. Zero wait time

Very quick visit! By far better than the emergency room! Very attentive staff and providers!
